135 Year Anniversary Celebration
With our 2017 Sacred Heart goal, ‘The Building of Community as a Christian Value’, we commence this historic year of celebration of the 135 years of Kincoppal-Rose Bay education. At KRB we aim to help each of our students to be confident, resilient, persistent and compassionate people. We value everyone’s contribution to our school community. We also want our students to take on leadership opportunities and to care for others so that they can improve the lives of each person they meet. Our Student Leadership Team will be focusing on this goal in some of the activities which they involve all students in, this year.
This year we will look back and give thanks for our ‘Living Stones’ those women of faith who created and nurtured this loving community over its 135 years. Each generation has set down their footsteps, their hopes and their dreams for the young women who have walked through the doors as have the young women themselves. Each of us throughout those 135 years has had an impact and it will be wonderful to celebrate this together through the many events planned for the year.
